Each truck was shrink wrapped becasue Haliburton was having trouble with the international logistics. By enclosing the entire vehicle, Haliburton was alerted to any tampering.

Avenger - US Military
Protective Packaging was contracted to provide a local military base with a year round cover for the weapon system the military calls "the Avenger". These covers were designed to blend in with the vehicle as well as the local environment, plus give protection to the unit throughout all types of weather and deployments.
