A 30 lb. neutral pH, natural kraft paper saturated with a volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) formulation for ferrous metals. Designed for long-term storage of ferrous metals. Non-Toxic

Mullen Burst Test: 30 psi minimum

Elmendorf Tear Test:

Machine Direction: 46 g/ply

Cross Machine Direction: 52 g/ply

Moisture %: 4.5 to 5.5% (+/-) 1%

Minimum Active Chemical Weight: 1.0 grams per sq. ft.

RECOMMENDED FOR

Ferrous metals including steel and iron. Classified as twenty-four month minimum inhibitor protection, when properly protected inside dry storage area.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR: aluminum, galvanized (zinc plated steel and iron), silver, zinc, cadmium, brass, copper and nickel.

STORAGE

Material should be kept in original wrapping or equivalent during storage of partial rolls or sheets. (i.e. Overnight, holidays, weekends)

Protective Packaging recommends testing your product’s compatibility with our Protective Wrap in vapor phase and as a contact inhibitor.
